Please choose carefully as we do not provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind due to the custom-made nature of our products. Please ensure you check the spelling of text, capitalisation and layout choices prior to confirming your order as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the mistake is made by the customer.

If you require a refund or replacement in the unlikely event that goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, send us an email at laserart4017@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of goods explaining the issue. We will then review and contact you with respect to sending your item to: Laser Art, 121 Connaught Street, Sandgate QLD 4017, Australia. We recommend you send the item by trackable means. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement claim.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item however if a refund or replacement is approved, your return shipping cost will be refunded so please keep receipts.

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post or a Courier company of our choice, which includes tracking. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
Express shipping, Standard and Pick up is available as an optional extra at checkout .

Pick-up is available from 121 Connaught Street, Sandgate Qld 4017.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Processing times vary from product to product. Please refer to the catagory page for estimated processing times.
Shipping times are approximately 3-5 working days to most metro areas. Regional areas may take longer.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
We endeavor to have all product on the web held in stock. If an item ordered has sold-out we will contact you via phone or email asap to advise of product availability date.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.
