Process: When an enquiry is received you will be contacted to discuss logo/information requirements. Once an order is placed our team will then create a design layout to best show off your brand on this product. A virtual proof will then be emailed for approval (FREE Unlimited Changes). Once approved production will start.
Logo Artwork: If available we prefer vector art e.g. eps, cdr, ai, dxf, dwg (this will speed up the design process).If unavailable we will redraw your logo.
Production Time: Your order will be shipped to you within 10 business days after artwork is approved.
Delivery: Delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 (incl. gst) on all Promotional Products in Australia. Pick-up (free) is available from 121 Connaught St Sandgate Qld 4017.
