Packaging: Plastic slip + Individual white box
1 Side/2 Side Engraving Option: The 2 side option is available if you would like additional information on the back side of the product. You can use the template in photos as a guide.
Logo Artwork: If available we prefer vector art e.g. eps, cdr, ai, dxf, dwg (this will speed up the design process). If unavailable we will redraw your logo, a small artwork fee may apply.
Fonts: Refer to product pictures if optioned, otherwise option will be given at proof/artwork stage.
The Process For Promotional Products:
- Existing Customer – You will recieve a Virtual proof to approve before production commences. Lead time will be advised.
- I recieved a sample Product from Laser Art and would like to purchase some – You will recieve a Virtual proof to approve before production commences. Lead time will be advised.
- New Customer – You may be contacted for more information on your logo, otherwise we will start the design process, once completed we will send you a Virtual proof to approve (Free unlimited changes). Once we receive approval production will begin.
Care And Use Instruction:
- Hand wash in warm soapy water before and after use.
- Hand wash only. Cleaning in dishwasher is not recommended as damage may occur.
- This product was designed to keep liquids hot or cold at drinkable temperatures for an extended amount of time. the insulation of this double walled travel mug has been deliberately modified to allow some of the heat/cold to escape.
- Use in a microwave will result in damage.
- Do not fill with carbonated beverages.
